Email: Please look for regular emails from Zane. When students perform on camera in class, he will email out the students performance videos, as well as any and all information or updates that need to be communicated.
Absence: If a student is absent it is their responsibility to contact their instructor and get the sides/scripts and or additional homework for the following class.
Make-ups: No make-ups will be given for students who miss class. Make-ups will only be given if the instructor has to cancel the entire class.
Drop Off/Pick Up: Please drop off your kids on time as class starts promptly at its scheduled time. Please pick them up at the class’s scheduled end time. There are other classes that the instructor has and will be unable to wait around with your kids after class ends.
Parent Attendance: Parents are not allowed in the classes. We have seen that when parents stay in the class it either embarrasses their own or someone else in the class. This impedes the instructor from being able to build the students confidence and skills.
Auditing: All prospective students are allowed one free audit. This must be scheduled in advance with Zane. Please contact him directly. During the audit, the instructor may ask the prospective students to step outside for the performances.
Payment: We require families to pay by credit card or debit card. The account will be charged on the 1st of each month the student is in class. First time payments will be made at the studio before the start of the first class. Please be there early to take care of this.
Refunds: There are no refunds.
Cancellation: There is a 30-day cancellation policy. You must provide a written notice to the instructor 30 days prior to cancellation to not accrue further charges.
Photography: I give Zane Stephens and The Zane Stephens Studio the right to take photos in class and use them for professional purposes.
